I saw them (The Hammerhead Horns)at OK Social in Valatie. A group of very cool and very nice musicians. I was impressed with their songs and musicianship and truly enjoyed watching a big crowd on the dancefloor. It was a fantastic night!

Your attention to musical detail, passion, and meticulous implementation of your individual musical talent was exemplary. Of course, I was grateful and very surprised when you played a favorite song of mine ( that I heard for the first timewith child-like affection in 1969), namely the “St. James Infirmary Blues,”especially when you didn't have it on your playlist for this engagement. It was no surprise when the audience and myself resounded with a very loud and extendedapplause because of the, from the heart, rendition by the band: as the same thinghappened with the same song and the same band last year when I made the request during your presence at The Crossings Park.
