The Hammerhead Horns are a five piece group that play Old-time Barrelhouse Blues, Ragtime, New Orleans Rhumba, Swing, Memphis R&B, Torch ballads, and Gospel.
We present all the best material from the 1920s through the 1960s, covering everything from Fats Waller to Fats Domino, W.C. Handy to Ray Charles, Bessie Smith to Billie Holiday and beyond.
In addition to this wonderful catalog of songs we include some of our own compositions that fit right in stylistically and are proven crowd favorites.
Our goal and our passion is to have a great time playing the music that we love and provide a great time to all who are listening, interacting and, best of all, dancing!
